for and the right to construct� operate and use a sanitary sewer
trunkline in under and across of the hereinafter described
property:
A riqht of way 18 feet in width, for the canstruc—
tion maintenance and use of a trunk sewer�
throuqh the southerly 18 feet of Lot 5 in Tract No.
12 in the County of San Luis Obispo State of
California according to map recorded June 14 1932
in Book 5� page 31 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said county.
