FOR THE SUM OF $20.00, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, HOME OF THE TEMPLE ASSOCIATED, INC., does hereby
grant to the South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District, an
easement for, and the right to construct, operate and use a
sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter
described property:
A right-of-way, 18 feet in width, for the construc-
tion, maintenance and use of a trunk sewer
through a portion of the following described
property; portions of Lot 118 of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal,
subdivided by James T. Stratton, September 1873,
in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
Cali£ornia, according to the map thereof recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of said county
in Book A, page 65 of Maps. Said right-of-way is
more particularly descriped as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the above
described property, marked by post L.21; thence
running North, 18 feet; thence North 89 East,
40 feet more or less to the property of Marie
Louise Millar, (ns) George William Millar, her
husband; thence South, 18 feet; thence South 89°45'
West, 40 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
