SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors
of the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT adopted
on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

4 grant to the South San Luis Obisp o County Sanitation District, an
5 easement for, and the right to construct, operate and use a
6 sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter
7j described property:
A right-of-way for the construction, maintenance
and use of a trunk sewer, through and along the
southerly 40 feet of Arroyo Grande Avenue and the
southwesterly 30 feet of Railroad Avenue, respectively
as shown on the Map No. 2 0£ the Town of Oceano,
filed in Book A Page 148 of Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County,
adjoining that portion of Parcel A, in the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 6 Page 48 of Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said county,
bounded by the following described lines:
Bounded on the northerly by the southerly line of
Arroyo Grande Avenue, as shown on Map No. 2 of the
Town of Oceano, filed in Book A, Page 148 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County;
Bounded on the northeasterly by the southwesterly
line of Railroad Avenue, as shown on said Map No.
2 of the Town of Oceano;
Boixnded on the easterly by the westerly line of Eighth
Street, as shown on said Map No. 2 of the Town of
Oceano;
Bounded on the southerly by the northerly line of
Nipomo Street, as shown on said Map No. 3 of the
Town of Oceano;
Bounded on the westerly by the easterly line of Ninth
Street as shown on said Map No. g of the Town of Oceano;
Said right-of-way lies within the south one-half of
Arroyo Grande Avenue and within Railroad Avenue as
each adjoins the above described property.
