Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants, con- ditions, promises and agreements herein set forth, it is mutually agreed by and between Grantor and Grantee as fol�ows: 1. The parties have herein set forth the whole of their agreement, The performance of this agreement constitutes the entire consideration for said document and shall re- lieve the Grantee of all further obligation or claims on this account, 2. Grantor: a, hereby gives permission for Grantee or its agents to enter upon Grantor's remaining lands along a strip of land ten (10) feet in width lying westerly of and contiguous to the right-of-way described in said document No, 1 for purposes of construction and installation of the sewer trunk lines for which said easement is granted, such entry to cease upon completion of construction, b, agrees not to erect or construct any permanent buildings or structure within the limits of said easement, but retains the right to use the surface of said easement for storage of materials, parking of vehicles and other functions in relation to its use of the property as a road maintenance yard insofar as said use does not unreasonably interfere with the Grantee's uses for which said easement is granted.
