E A S E M E N T
FOR THE SUM OF $137.00, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, MARCILEAT RAE JOHNSON, does hereby grant to the
South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District an easement for,
and the right to construct, operate and use a sanitary sewer trunk-
line in, under and across of the hereinafter described property:
A right of way 18 feet in width for the construc-
tion, maintenance and use of a trunk sewer through
the southerly 18 feet o£ lots 1 and 2 and the
southerly 18 feet of the easterly 18 feet of lot
3 in tract 12, in the county of San Luis Obispo�
state of California, according to map recorded
June 14, 1932 in book 5, page 31 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said county.
