For a valuable consideration, receipt o£ which is hereby

acknowledged, Mrs. EVIA O. BELL, m m�rried woman, as her separatc
property, does hereby grnnt to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a
Municipnl Corporation, an easement for road purposes, to travel
over, nlong nnd through said property, and to do such other
incidental acts as are necessary for the maintenance, use and
enjoyment o£ the snid property as n public thorough£are. Said
easement is described ns follows:
Being the Northwesterly thirteen £eet of the Northensterly 7�vo
Hundred and Sixty-seven feet of the following described property:
All that portion of Lot 6 of the lnnds of D. F.
and Anne Newsom in the Rancho Bolsa de Chemisal�
surveyed by R. R. Harris in 1875 and B. F.
Hinchliffe in 1877, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, Stnte o£ Cnlifornia,
according to map filed for record June 5, 1891,
in the office of the County Recorder of snid
County, descxibed as follows:
Beginaing at the most Northerly corner of said
lot; thence South 46 45' West along the North-
westerly line of said lot, 578.82 £eet to the most
Northerly corner of the property conveyed to R. F,
Fukunaga by Deed recorded November 1, 1935, in
Book 184 of Official Records, at pnge 254,
Records of snid County; thence South 43 15'
Enst along the Northensterly line of the property
so conveyed 464.9b feet; thence North 46 45'
East and pnrallel with the Northwesterly line
of snid lot, 364.32 feet; thence South 43 15�
Enst 96.04 feet to the Southeasterly line of
snid lot; thence North 46 45' East 214.5 feet
to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North
43 15' West 561 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting; nothing in said easement grnnt shall be construed in such a
manner as to inter£ere with the grantors use, mnintenance, repnir or
enjoyment of the existing irrigntion water pipe line now locnted on the
demised premises, nor of the standpipes thereon.
