Being the Southeasterly Thirty Feet of the following described
property:
That part of Lot 7 of lands o£ D. F. and Anna Newsom,
comprising part of the Ranchos Bolsa de Chemisal and
Santa Manuela, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County
' of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to
map filed Eor record June 5, 1891 in Book A, at
page 77 of Mnps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning nt a point in the Southeasterly line of
said Lot at the most Northerly corner to Lot 6 as
shown on said map, thence North 43 15' West 9.37
chains to a point in the Arroyo Grande Creek as said
creek existed November 16, 1907; thence down snid
creek South 73� West 5.11 chains to post S. No. 2;
thence South 45 3/4 East, 11.68 chains to Post S. No. 1
in the Southeaeterly line of said Lot; thence North
4fi 3/4 East along snid Southeasterly line, 4.04=4 chains
to the point of beginning.
