of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot, distant
thereon 264o feet West from the Northeast corner of said lot,
said point being the Northwest corner of the property conveyed
to L, W. Miles, et ux., by deed.recorded August 29 1936 in
Book 200, at page 143 of Official Records; thence South along
the West line of the property so conveyed 174.24 feet; thence
East and parallel with the North line of said Lot, 125 feet;
thence North, parallel with the West line of the property
conveyed to Nliles, as aforesaid, 174.2�4 feet to the North line
of said Lot 114; thence West along said North line, 125 feet
to the point of beginning.

Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to Roy V. Collins,
et ux., by deed dated April 23, 1957 and recorded May 20, 1957
in Book 892, at page 307 of Official Records and described as
follows: —
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot, distant
thereon 2515 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Lot,
said point being the Northeast corner of the property conveyed
to Henry G. Gooding and Kate E. Gooding, by deed dated June 11,
1953 and recorded June 17, 1953 in Book 714, at page 115 of
Official Records; thence South along the Sast line of the pro-
perty so conveyed, 174,24 feet; thence West, parallel with the
North line of said Lot, 54 feet 8 inches to a point; thence
North, parallel with said East line of the property conveyed
to Gooding, as aforesaid, 174.24 feet to the North line of said
Lot 114; thence East along said North line, 54 feet 8 inches
to the point of beginning.
