by deed dated September 1, 1957 and recorded October 30, 1957 in Book 914
at page 125, of Officinl Records, 15 feet; thence South 1 37' 45" West,

Davis by deed dnted February 1, 1965 and recorded Janunry 18, 1965 in Book
