DEED OF GIFT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the betterment of the City
of Arroyo Grande, and for the purpose of making a gift to said City,
the undersigned, ANDREW DAVID and MARGARET L. DAVID,
husband and wife; WILLIAM R. SMITH and ROBERTA I. SMITH,
husband and wife; and RONALD I. GOULD and IRIS GOULD, husband
and wife, hereby quitclaim to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal
corporation, exclusively for public parking purposes, the following
described real property in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California:
PARCEL ONE

That portion of Lot 85 of the Subdivisions of Parts of the
Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as shown on map filed in Book A, Page 65 of
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County
described as follows:
Commencing at the 5outheast corner of lot known as the Hotel
Lot, as the same is shown on the map of the Buena Vista Tract,
in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
according to map filed for record October 2, 1885 in Book A,
Page 58 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Luis Obispo County, at a point on the northerly line of Branch
Street; thence North 57° 15' 00" East 23. 25 feet along Branch
Street to a point; thence North 32° 43' 37" West (Record, North
32" 45' West) 132. 00 feet; thence South 57° 15' 00" West�
23.25 feet, thence South 32° 43' 37" East (Record South 32"
45' East ) 132. 00 feet to the point oi beginning.

according to map filed for record October 2, 1885 in Book A,
Page 58 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Luis Obispo County, at a point on the Northerly line of Branch
Street, thence North 57° 15' 00" East 23. 25 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North 57° 15' 00" East
19. 50 feet to a point; thence North 32° 43' 37" West 60. 00 feet
to a point; thence North 57" 15' 00" East 23. 25 feet to a point;
thence North 32° 43' 37" West 60 feet to a point; thence continuing-
North 32 43' 37" West (Record North 32° 45' 00" West ) 12.00
feet to a point; thence North 57° 15' 00" East 42. 75 feet to a-

East ) 132. 00 feet to the point of beginning.
The aforesaid parcels are according to a Record of Survey
Map filed with the County Recorder of said County on September
17. 1963 in Book 13 of Licensed Surveys at Page 61.

The property hereby conveyed shall be used for public
parking purposes only, in accordance with such rules and regulations
as may from time to time be set forth by the said City of Arroyo Grande
In the event said property should be used for any other purpose, and such
use should continue for a period ofthirty days following the giving of
written notice by the Grantors (or any of them) to the Grantee, the interest
herein conveyed shall terminate.
Grantors reserve the right of reasonable ingress and egress over
and across said property for the purpose of access to the property
described as Parcel 3-A on said Record of Survey, and the remaining
portion of the said Hotel Lot.
