VOL13o2 PAGE21 1� �,'-,�'- kD 9� ,�/���L'�--� E A S E'M E N T FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, PSDRO PORTICOS and DOLORES PORTICOS, husband and wife, do hereby grant to the South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District, an easement for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate and use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across o£ the hereinafter described property: A riqht-of-way 15 feet in width for the construction, maintenance and use of a trunk sewer through a portion of a parcel of land in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, bounded as follows: On the north by the south line of Arroyo Grande Avenue; on the west by the center line of Second Street(now known as Twenty-Fifth Street); on the south by the north line of River Street; and on the east by the west line of First Street (now known as Twenty-Sixth Street); as said land and streets are shown on "Map No: 2 of the Town of Oceano", recorded January 30, 1899 in Book A, at Page 148 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Note: By an order entered April 19, 1948 in the Superior Court, County of"San Luis Obispo, Case No, 16588, a certified copy of which was recorded April 23, 1948 in Book 473, at Page 233 of Official Records, the above- described land and other property was withdrawn and excluded from the effect and operation of said Map of the Town of Oceano, pursuant to provisions of Act No. 4577, General Laws of California, and amendments thereto. Dallaston, acting as agent for the South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District, hereinafter referred to as District, in consideration of which, and the other considerations hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed as follows: 1. The parties have herein set forth the whole of their agreement. The performance of this agreement con"s�itutes the entir consideration for said document and shall relieve the District of a further obligation or c3aim on this accoun�,or on account of the location, grade, or construction of the proposed public improvement 2. The District shall: A, Pay to the undersigned grantor the sum of $377.50 for the property interest conveyed by said grant o£ easement within days after date of said interest is vested in the District free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, assessment, easements and leases, whether recorded or unrecorded, and taxes, except: (1) Covenants, conditions, restrictions, and reservations of record, if any. (2) Easements or rights of way over said land for public or quasi-public utility or public street purposes, if any. B. Pay all escrow and recording fees incurred in this transaction and, if title insurance is desired by the District, the premium charged therefore and documentary stamp tax, if required. Said escrow and recording charges shall not, however, include reconveyance or full release of mortgage. 3. Grantors warrant that there are no oral or written leases on the property described in said grant of easement exceeding a period of one month, except: �(��%�(; 4.
