record September 26, 1891, in the office of the Gounty Recorder
of said San Luis Obispo County, described as follows;
Beginning at the point of interaection of the Southerly line
of said Lot 13 with the Southeast line of the right-of-way
for public highway granted to the State of California by
Edwin S. Whitlock and wife by deed recorded in Book 300 of
Official Records, at page 12, records of said County, said
point also being the Southwesterly corner of the parcel ot �
land conveyed to J.C. Johnson,et ux., recorded October 9, �p
1945, �n Volume 392, page 157, Official Records of said �
County, thence along said Southeast right-of-way line and �
Northwesterly line of said parcel conveyed to J.C. Johnson, �
et ux., North 56 East 200.03 feet, more or less, to �

said County; thence along the Southwesterty line of said
property, South 33 East 5.00 feet; thence parallel
with the said no� line of Johnson property South �
56 West 110.SZ feet to a point in the arc of a curve
concave to the East, the center of said curve bears South
33 ° 17'47" East 5�+.54 feet; thence Southerly along the arc
of said curve having a radius of 5�+.54 feet through a central
angle,�€-40 for a distance of 38.95 feet; thence
tangent t'o said curve, South 15 West 15.46 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve to the left having a radius of
