Beginning at the most easterly corner of that parcel of land con-
veyed to the State of California by deed recorded May 20, 1954 in CD
Volume 757 of Official Records of said County, at page 374; thence (A),
along the southeasterly prolongation of the course numbered (3) in Iv
said deed, S. 57 59' 54' E., 84.13 feet; thence (B), at right angles '1/41
