The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described, 6
for a valuable consideration, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs,
administrators, executors, successors or assigns, hereby covenant
with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, that upon
thirty (30) days written notice from said City, owners will:
1. Install, at owner's expense, pavement, curbs, gutters and
sidewalks along the street frontage of said parcel in
accordance with the City requirements and specifications.
This covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in
favor of the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, and shall
be enforceable by said City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators,
executors, successors or assigns.
Said property is located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is more particularly described
as follows:
Fractional Block 1, Lot 1, Tract 46, Assessor's Parcel Number
77- 011 -02
