All that real pr=Operty aitn�ted in the City of Arroyo Grande,
county of San Luis Obiapo, 3tate Of Calitornia, described as
follows:
That portion of the hereinafter described parcel, being a
portion of Lot 14 and Grand Avenue, now closed, according to
map £iled for record September 26, 1891, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said county, which lies within the
boundaries of the land conveyed by deed recorded in Volume
1253, page 333, Records of said County, in parcels 2 and 7
thereof: ��°
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 7 in Tract No. 10,
according to map recorded November 23, 1931, in Book 5, at
page 28 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder o£ said
County, said point being in the Southerly line of Grand
Avenue as established by deed to the County of San Luis
Obispo recorded Map 13, 1913, in Book 97, at page 94 0£
Deeds; thence South 86 East along said Southerly line
as established by said deed and as shown on a record of
survey of Grand Avenue filed for record May 25, 1964, in
Book 13 0£ Licenses Surveys, at page 120, Records of said
county, a distance of 103.39 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the right, having a radius of 950.00 feet, said point be-
ing the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Easterly along the
arc of said curve through a central angle of 17 for
a distance o£ 294.49 feet to a point in the said Southerly
line o£ Grand Avenue, said point being distant 50.00 feet
from, measured at right angles to the center line of said
Grand Avenue as shown on said Record of Survey; thence par-
allel with said center line North 68 West 148.44 feet,
and North 86 West 148.44 feet to said true point of
beqinning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion thereof lying Westerly
of the Easterly line o£ the land conveyed to John V. Motte
and Evelyn E. Motte, his wife, and Charles L. Motte and Ottie
Mae Motte, his wife, by deed dated July 7, 1959, filed for
record July 30, 1959, Volume 1014, page 194, Of£icial Records
of said County.
