de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, made by Jas . T. Stratton '
for Steele Brothers; -running thence from said point of beginning,
South 33-1/4' East, 225 feet to the center of Arroyo Grande Creek; '
thence Easterly up the center of Arroyo Creek to the most South-
erly corner of the land described in the deed to John M. Price,
