182.48 feet along the north line of Huasna Road to a 2'' x 2" stake shown on said Plan
Line Map; thence North 18 17' S0" East 10.36 feet to a point on said plan Line; thence
South 86 12' 48" West 195.29 feet along said plan Line to a tangent curve concave to
the North; thence along said curve, having a radius of 22 feet, a distance of 19.99
