Office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point S 313 said point being at the intersection of the
North line of Huasna Road and the East line of San Luis Obispo Road as shown on said
map and also shown as a 5/8" iron bar on map in Book 1 of "Official Plan Lines" at
Page 18 filed with the County Recorder of said county; thence North 81 00' 00" East
on said North line of Huasne Road 292.48 feet to point 5-42 as shown on said map, Book
A Page 63, the true point of beginning; thence continuing on said North line 20.88 feet
to a point; thence North 15 30' 00" East 0.63 feet to said plan line.; said Plan Line
being on a curve concave Northerly with a radius of 1460.00 feet; thence Westerly
along said Plan Line curve through a central angle 0 48' 25"' 20.56 feet to a point;
said point being on a radial bearing of North 6 34' S8" West; thence South 15 30' 00"
