as follows: Beginning at a point S 313, said point being at the intersection of the
North line of Huasna Road and the East line of San Luis Obispo Road as shown on said
map and also shown as a 5/8" iron bar on map in Book 1 of "Official Plan Lines" at
Page 18 filed with the County Recorder of said county; thence North 81 00' 00" East
182.48 feet along the North line of said Huasna Road to a 2" x 2" stake shown on said
Plan Line map, the true point of beginning; thence continuing on said North line North
81 00' 00" East 110.00 feet to point 5-42 as shown on said Map, Book A, Page 63; thence
North 15° 30' 00" East 1.43 feet to said "Plan Line", said Plan Line being a curve with
a radius of 1460 feet concave northerly and said point lying on a radial line bearing
North 6 34' S8" West; thence westerly along said "Plan Line" a distance of 71.25 feet
through a central angle o£ 2 47' 46" to Station 29+56.47 es shown on said "Plnn
Line"; thence continuing along said "Plan Line", North 86 12' 48" East 34.90
