That portion of the resubdivisions of a part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo
and Bolsa de Chemisal, as shown on Map recorded in Book A at Page 63, in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point S 313 said point being at the intersection of the North line of
Huasna Road and the East line of San Luis Obispo Road as shown on said map and also
shown as a 5/8" iron bar on map in Book 1 of "Official Plan Lines" at Page 18 filed with
the County Recorder of said county; thence, North 81 00'00" East 1275.86 feet more or
less along said north line of Huasna Road to point S-3z shown on Map, Book A Page 63•
Said point 5-32 being shown on said map as a 3"x4"'stake at the intersection of PTotth
line of Huasna Road and the west line of a road 50 feet wide; thence continuing North
81 00' 00" East 54.95 feet to point S-25 said point lying on the east line of said 50
foot wide street and the North line of Huasna Road; thence continuing on the North line
of said Huasna Road North 81 00' 00" East 120.50 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing on the North line of said Huasna Road North 81 00' 00" East 60 feet
to a point; thence North 15° 30' 00" East to a point on said Huasna Road Plan Line, said
Plan Line being on a curve concave southerly with a radius of 2540 feet, said point being
on a radial line bearing South 11° 24' 09" East; thence Westerly along said curve 20.39
feet through a central angle of 0 27' 36 " to a point on said plan line; thence continu-
ing on said plan line South 78� 08' 15" West 41,05 feet to a point; thence South 15° 30'
00" West 10.75 feet to the true point of beginning containing 0.0155 acres more or less.
