C O V E N A N T
The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described,
for a valuable consideration, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs,
administrators, executors, successors or assigns, hereby covenant with the
City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, to:
A. Construct curb and gutter within the areas deeded for road purposes
as indicated on Parcel Map recorded in Book 2. of Parcel Maps at
Page 776 in the office of the County Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo.
B. Agree to participate in street improvement of a minimum of 22 of
AC pavement with no on- street parking permitted; or 30/ with on- street
parking permitted.
The above Items A and B to be completed upon demand of the City or the
formation of an improvement district.
This covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of the
City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, and shall be enforceable by said
City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or assigns.
Said property is located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 15 of the B. F. Hilliker and F. J. Woodbury Tract, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, according to map filed for record February 4, 1889,
in Book B, at Page 78 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said county excepting therefrom the following described portion of said
Lot 15.
Beginning at the'most Easterly corner of said Lot 15; thence along the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 15, South 45 °24' West, 65.44 feet to a point
marked with a li inch iron pipe tagged "RCE 11398 "; thence North 37 °561
West 202.60 feet to a point marked with a 1 inch iron pipe tagged c_
"RCE 11398 "; thence North 52 °04 East 65.00 feet to a point on the
l ine o£ Lot 2 said r
Northeasterly 5, point being marked with a 1z inch iron
pipe tagged "RCE 11398 "; thence along just said lot line South 37 °661 PA
East 195.90 feet to the point of beginning.
