A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT is between the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "First
Party" and LOLIISE VERMILLION, a married woman, and PAUL
JEROME RALpH, a married man, mother and son, ns Joint Tenants,
hereinafter re£erred to as "Second Party".
In consideration for the Second Pa=ty granting to the
First Pcrty certnin properties described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, and a slope easement described in Exhibit
"B" attached hereto, necessary for the realignment of Brnnch
Street, the First Party hereby nqrees as Eollows:
1. First Party will pay to Second Party the sum o£
$ 2,300.00 .
2. First Party will replace existing driveway aprons
and approaches where disturbed or altered in the course of
said relocation of Branch Street.
3. First Party will round off slope areas so as to
leave it in as useful a manner as possible.
4. Where possible, First Yarty will relinquish excess
property created by said realignment to said Second Party.
Said excess property, herein referred to, is designated in
red on the attached drawing.

30-foot driveway section on the north side of Branch Street
adjacent to Wesley Avenue.
6. First Party upon permission of the owner agrees
to clear and grub the wash rack area and slab adjacent
to the property herein described in Exhibit "A".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto

moving the necessity for maintaining such slopes or portions thereo£ or
upon providing in place thereo£ other adequate lateral support, the de-
sign and construction o£ which shall be first approved by the City of
Arroyo Grnnde for the protection and support o£ said highway.
Said t'empornry easement shall cense and terminate upon completion,
and npprovnl by the City o£ Arroyo Grande, o£ the work necessary to void
the need for said easement.
