C O V E N A N T
The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described,
for a valuable consideration, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs,
administrators, executors, successors or assigns, hereby covenant with the
City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, to:
A. Construct curb and gutter within the areas deeded for road purposes
as indicated on Parcel Map recorded in Book 3 of Parcel Maps
at Page 3 in the office of the County Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo.
B. Agree to participate in street improvement of a minimum of 22' of
AC pavement.
The above Items A and B to be completed upon demand of the City or the
formation of an improvement district.
The covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of the
City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, and shall be enforceable by said
City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or
assigns.
Said property is located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 16 of the B. F. Hilliker and F. J. Woodbury Tract, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, according to map filed for record February 4, 1889,
in Book B, at Page 78 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said county.
