THIS AGREEMENT is between the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "First Party" and LOUISE VERMILLION, a mnrried woman, and PAUL JEROME RALPH, a married man, mother and son, ns Joint Tenants, hereinnfter referred to ns "Second Party". In consideration for the Second Pnrty grnnting to the First Pcrty certain properties described in Exhibit "A" nttnched hereto, nnd a slope easement described in Exhibit "B" nttnched hereto, necessary for the xealignment o£ Branch Street, the First Party hereby agrees ns £ollows: 1. First Party will pay to Second Pnrty the sum of 2,300.00 2. First Party will replace existing driveway aprons and approaches where disturbed or altered in the course of snid relocation o£ Branch Street. 3. First Pnrty will round of£ slope areas so as to leave it in as useful a manner ns possible. 4. Where possible, First Pnrty will relinquish excess property created by snid renlignment to snid Second Pnrty. Said excess property, herein re£erred to, is designated in red on the attnched drnwing. First Party upon permission of the owner agrees to clear and grub the wash rack area and slab adjacent to the property herein described in Exhibit "A".
