RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INSTRUMENT
CONVEYING EASEMENT TO CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
The following resolution is hereby offered and read:
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the Lucia Mar Unified School
District duly adopted a resolution of intention to convey to the City of Arroyo
Grande an easement for road purposes in the real property described in the
Easement Deed hereinafter set forth, and in said resolution set a date of
public hearing by said Board concerning said conveyance, and
WHEREAS, said hearing was duly held, no protests either oral or
written vo-ere entered, and it is in the public interest that said conveyance
be consumma[ed, ana
WHEREAS, this resolution is adopted by a vote of at least two-thirds
of all members of said Board.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ORDERED by the Board
of Education of the Lucia Mar Unified School District, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as follows:
1. That the conveyance by the Lucia Mar Unified School District
t.o the City of Arroyo Grande by th� hereinafter set forth Easement Deed of an
easement for road purposes be and hereby is approved.
2. That the President of said Board of Education be and hereby is
authorized and directed toexecuteon behalf of said District that Easement
Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto marked "Exhibit B" and is hereby
expressly incorporated herein by reference as though here fully set forth.

3. That the Seeretary of said Board be and hereby is authorized
and directed to deli�•er said Easeinent Deed to the City of Arroyo Grande

THIS EASEMENT DEED made this 23rd day of September ,
1969, between Lucia Mar Unified School District, one of the school districts
located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, hereinafter
termed "District", and City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation located
in the Cou�ty of San Luis Obispo, State of California, hereinafter termed "City";
WITNESSETH:
That for a valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, District hereby grants unto City an easement for the construction,
improvement, operation and maintenance of a public road, upon, over, in and
across that certain real property located in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and more particularly described on the attached document
marked "Exhibit A" which is hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference
as though here fully set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, District has executed this Easement Deed
