FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the betterment of the City of Arroyo
Grande, and for the purpose of making a gift to said City, the undersigned
LEO A. BRISCO and MINTA L. BRISCO, husband and wife, hereby quitclaim
to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to be used exclusively forthe purposes
as hereinbelow designated:
(1) An easement to be used for uses as a public pedestrian
mall to be used in common with the grantors herein over

COUNiY RECORDER The Southerly sixty feet of the Northeasterly six feet of

; Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map recorded October 2, 1885 in Book A
� � at Page 58 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.

purposes to be used in common with the grantors herein
over and across the following described real property,
subject to grantors' reservation hereinafter contained:
The Northerly sixty feet of the Northeasterly six feet of
Lot 15 of the Buena Vista Tract in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map recorded October 2, 1885 in Book A
at Page 58 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
The Grantors reserve the right to encroach upon said easements,
forthe purpose of placing utility and drainage lines on the ground, and
further reseroe the right of ingress and egress over said six-foot strip by
120 feet for motor vehicles .

The easement and the property hereby conveyed shall be used
subject to the reservations herein contained only for the purpose speci-
fically hereinabove set forth, and in accordance with such rules and
regulations as may from time to time be set forth by the said City of
Arroyo Grande. In the event said property, or any portion thereof, should
be used for any other purpose than herein designated and such use should
continue for a period of 30 days foliowing written notice to the City of
Arroyo Grande by the grantors, or their successors in interest, the interest
herein conveyed to the City of Anoyo Grande shall terminate.
