FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the betterment of
the City of Arroyo Grande, and for the purpose of making a gift to
said City, the undersigned, ANDREW DAVID and MARGARET L.
DAVID, husband and wife, and RONALD I. GOULD and IRIS GOULD,
husband and wife, hereby quitclaim to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
a municipal corporation, an easement exclusively for use as a public
pedestrain mall, to be used in common with the Grantors, over and
across the fpllowing described real property.

The Southeasterly 60 feet of the
Northeasterly 9 feet of Lot 15 of
the Buena Vista Tract, in the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
map thereof recorded October 2, 1885
in Book A, Page 58 of Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said
County, excepting therefrom the North-
easterely 6 feet of said Lot 15.
The Grantors reserve, but not by way of limitation,
th� full.rigl�t;to encroach upon said easement, for the purposes of
placing utility and drainage lines on the ground, planters and similar
landscaping, and a roof overhang from any adjoining building piaced
upon said Lot 15.
The easement hereby conveyed shall be used only for
the purpose of constructing, maintaining and using as a public
pedestrain mall, in accordance with such rules and regulations as
may from time to time be set forth by the said City of Arroyo
Grande. In the event said property, or any portiomm thereof, should
be usedfor any purpose other than herein designated, and such
use should continue for a period of thirty days following written
notice to the City of Arroyo Grande by the Grantors, or their
successors in interest, the interest herein conveyed to the City of
Arroyo Grande shall terminate.
