We, L. A, and M. L. Brisco, hereby grant to the City of Arroyo Grande,
a municipal corporation, an easement over and across the following described
property to be used exclusively as a public pedestrian matl:
That portion of Lot 85 of J. 5. Stratton's subdivision of the
Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo & Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City
of Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo County, California, described as
follows:
A strip of land four feet wide, more or less, and 132 feet long
lying easterly of and adjacent to the common line to Lot 15 and
H. E. Carman Lot as shown in Book A, Page 58 of Maps on file in
the San Luis Obispo County Recorder's office, except the northerly
72 feet.
The Grantors hereby reserve the right to maintain domestic utility and
drainage fac'rlities, and right to maintain an existing building adjacent to
