Cotmnencing at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 3 and that property conveyed
to Lyle M. Angel by instrument recorded September 5, 1967 in Volume 1447, page 655 of
Official Records; thence South 68° 52' East 275 feet on the northeasterly line of
said Lot; thence South 21° 08' West 52.42 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
on the following courses: westerly and southeriy on a circular curve to the left
with a radius of 45 feet through a central angle of 121° 00' 10" for an arc distance
of 95.04 feet to point of reverse curvature; thence southerly on a circular curve
to the right with a radius of 95 feet through a central angle of 31° 00' 10" for an
arc distance of 51.40 feet; thence South 21° 08' West 30.47 feet to a point on the
southwesterly line of the aforesaid Angel Property; thence South 68° 52' East 25 feet;
thence North 21° 08' East 147.58 feet on the southeasterly line of the Angel Property
to the true point of beginning.
