Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 71 of the Jones Tract Sub-
division as delineated on the map recorded February 9, 1927 in Book 3 of Maps,
at Page 86, records of said County, thence along the southeasterly line of Lots
71 and 70 of said Tract and along the northwesterly line of a right of way con-
veyed to San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria Valley Railroad Company by deed recorded
November 3, 1881, in Book 10 at Page 31 of Deeds, records of said County, North
40° OS' 30" East a distance of 406.98 feet more or less to the most southerly
corner of Lot 36 of said Tract; thence South 33° 06' 00" East 62.67 feet along
the southeasterly extension of the easterly line of Arroyo Avenue as said Avenue
is delineated on said map to an intersection with the southeasterly line of said
right-of-way; thence along said southeasterly line South 40° OS' 30" West a
distance of 406.98 feet more or less to an intersection with the southeasterly
prolongation of the easterly line of Orchard Ave. as said Avenue is delineated
on said map; thence along said southeasterly prolongation North 33° 07' 00"
West 62. feet to the point of beginning.
