division as delineated on the map recorded February 9, 1927, in Book 3 at
page 86 of Maps, records of said County; thence (1) along the prolongation of
the southwesterly line of said Lot 71, South 33 07' 00" East, 62.67 feet to
an intersection with the southeasterly line of a right of way conveyed to the
San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria Valley Railroad Company by deed recorded
November 3, 1881, in Book N, at page 431 of Deeds; thence (2), along said south-
easterly right of way line South 40 OS' 30" West, 62.67 feet to an inter-
section with the southeasterly pr.d.ongation of the northeasterly line of Lot 89
as said Lot is delineated on said map; thence (3), along last said prolongation
North 33 07' 00" West, 62.67 feet to the most easterly corner of last said
Lot; thence (4), North 40 OS' 30" East 62.67 feet to the point of beginning.
