the following described real property in the City of Arroyo Grande County of San Luis Obispo
State of California:
PARCEL 1.: That portion of Lot 114 of the Subdivisions of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to map made by Jas. T. Stratton
C.E. in September 1873 and filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, said portion being a strip of land 50 feet in
width and lying 25 feet on each side of the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the North line of said Lot, distant thereon
1632.5 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Lot, said point being
the Northwest corner of the parcel of land conveyed to B. F. Jones et ux.,
by deed dated April 27, 1938 and recorded April 29, 1938 in Book 238 at
page 422 of Official Records; thence South along the West line of the
property so conveyed 471.96 feet; thence West 27.86 feet to the true
point of beginning and the Easterly terminus of the line to be described;
thence continuing West 347.14 feet to the Westerly terminus of said line.
