Work, owner of the property hereinafter described, for a valuable consideration, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or assigns, hereby covenant with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, that upon the creation of an Assessment District or 51% or more of sidewalks installed within the block in which the property is located, the owner will: 1. Install, at owner's expense, sidewalks along the Farroll Avenue frontage of said parcel in accordance with the City requirements and specifications. This Covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, and shall be enforceable by said City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or assigns. Said property is located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows: A portion of Lot 114 of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot, distant thereon 1632.5 feet West from the Northeast corner of said Lot, said point being the Northwest corner of the property conveyed to B. J. Jones, et us., by deed dated April 27, 1938 and recorded in Book 238, at Page 422 of Official Records; thence South along the West line of the property so conveyed, 348.48 feet; thence West 500 feet to the true point of beginning, said point being the Northeast corner of the property conveyed to Cora E. Sisson, a widow, et al., by deed dated October 3, 1946 and recorded in Book 428, at Page 138 of Official Records; thence South along the East line of the property so conveyed, 348.48 feet; thence West 125 feet to the true point of beginning.
