July 21, 1931, in Volume 108 of Official Records at page 387, records of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the easterly terminus of course (c) in the Director's Deed to Stone
Saruwatari, recorded January 6 1969 in Volume 1502 of Official Records at page 727,
records of said County; thence (1), along the westerly line of the property described
in above said deed to the State of California, N. 31 25' 29" W., 113.12 feet to the
northwest corner of said described property; thence (2), N. 82 13' S1" E., 76.80 feet
to the northeast corner of said described property; thence (3), along the easterly line
of said described property S. 31 25' 29" E., 102.27 feet to a point on the easterly
projection of said course (c); thence (4), along said easterly projected line S.
74° Z4' S2" W., 73.12 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to public road easements of record.
Bearings and distances used herein are based on the California Coordinate System,
Zone 5; multiply distances called 1.0000576 to obtain ground level distances.

WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande is empowered under
Government Code, Section 37351 to purchase, lease, exchange,
or receive such real property situated inside or outside the
city limits as is necessary or proper for municipal purposes;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has an interest in
certain real property designated "City Property" and more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto;
and,
WIIEREAS, the above re£erred to real property is serving
no useful purpose to the City of Arroyo Grande at the present
time, and it would be to the advantage of the City of Arroyo
Grande to exchange said property for certain property owned by
Carl Langenbeck designated as'Langenb2ck's Property" and more
particularly described in Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto;
NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
l. The City of Arroyo Grande hereby agrees to convey
its interest in the property described in Exhibit "A" to
Carl Langenbeck_
2. Carl Langenbeck agrees to con�2y to the City of
Arroyo Grande that certain real property described in Exhibit
��
3. It is understood and agreed that the above referred
to exchange shall not be completed until the City of Arroyo
Grande is in a position to secure a Policy of Title Insurance

and that said Policy of Tit12 Insurance shall be approved by
