That portion of Lot /�l of the Resubdivision of a part of the
Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, the property of
E. W. Steele� Esq.� in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded November 24,
1886 in Book A� Page 63 of Maps� described as follows:
�ginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 41; thence
South 32 30' East along the Northeasterly line of said Lot, 1.00 £oot;
thence South 5� 30' West, parallel with the Northwesterl�y line of said
I,ot, �3.86 feet more or less to a point which is North 57 30' East�
72.00 £eet from the Southwesterly line of said Lot /+7.� which said
Southwesterly line of Lot 41 is the Southwesterly line of Garden Street
