Book A, Page 63 of Maos, described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of sald Lot 19 thence
along the southwesterly line thereof North 32°39'25 West
306.00 feet;
thence at right angles to said southwesterly line North
5�°20�35 Ea.st 2.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence a.long a line parallel with �nd 2.00 feet from, measured
at right an�les, the said southwesterly line of Lot 19 North
32 west, 123.63 feet;
thence leaving sa,id line along a curve concave southwesterly,
tangent to a line which bears South 74 East, having a
radius of 50.00 feet, through a central �.ngle of 53
