easterly of the westerly Plan Line as shown on a Map entitled
"Plan Line - Elm St." Grand Ave. to City Limits filed in Book 15, Page 6
of Licensed Surveyor in the Office of the County Recorder of said County,
and included within the lines of the land described in deed to James M.
Williams, Jr. and Marilyn J. Williams, husband and wife, and Donald G.
Williams, a single man, as joint tenants, by deed dated April 9, 1962
and recorded May 9, 1962 in Book 1182, at Page 411 of Official Records of
said County.

JAMES M. WILLIAMS, JR. and MARILYN ,T. WILLIAMS, husband and wife

AND
DONALD G. WILLIAMS, a single man
In consideration of Jamea M. Williams, Marilyn J. Williams, and Donald
G. Williams, granting the hereinafter described real property to the City of
Arroyo Grande, the City of Arroyo Grande agrees to install curbs and guttera
along the Elm Street Plan Line and the hereafter described property before
September 30 , 19 71 , at no cost to the property owner. The City of
Arroyo Grande also agrees to permit connection to the existing water main
fronting this property on Elm Street without any water main installation
charge being made to the property owner. Said property is described as fol-
lows;
That portion of Lot 23 of Pismo Beach Gardens, in the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to map recorded September 3, 1924 in Book 3, at Page 45

The City will withdraw this offer unlesa agreement is reached prior to
Febretary 1, 1971.
