Commencing at a point on the northerly line of Lot 3� �ahich
bears North 6$ West 233.69 feet from the northeast corner of
said Lot, said poir.t bein�; the nost northerly corner of that property
conveyed to Arthur and Ntaude S�vall by deed recorded October 2$� 1949,
