A portion of Lot 3 of the Folsom Tract, according to map thereof
recorded September 26, 1$91, in Book B, page 75 of Naps, in the
o£fice of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the northerly line of Lot 3, which
bears North 6$°52t West 233.69 feet from the northeast corner o£
said Lot, said point being the most northerly corner of that property
conveyed to Arthur and Maud� Swall by deed recorded October 2$, 1949,
in Volume 539, Page 375 of Official Records; thence South 21°0$f West
75.07 feet on the northwesterly line of said Swall Property to
the most westerly corner thereo£ and the true point of beginning;
thence on the following courses:
1) South 21°0$t West 1.00 feet;
2) South 6$°57t East 39.02 feet;
3) Plorth 21°0$t East 1.00 feet to a point on the southwesterly
