A right of way for road purposes and public utilities over and across that portion of
Lot 91, being 30 feet wide and lying Northeasterly and parallel with the following
described line:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of a parcel of land shown on Licensed Surveyors
Map recorded in Book 3 at Page 30 and running S 34 E along the Easterly line of
said parcel, 641.15 feet to the Easterly corner of a parcel of land described by deed
in Volume 1469 of Official Records at Page 626, thence S 36 W along the South-
easterly line of said parcel, 360,26 feet to the line of a parcel of land shown on a
map in Licensed Surveyors Maps in Sook 9 at Page 23, thence S 52°41' E along said
line 59.52 feet to the true point of beginning, thence from said true point of beginn-
ing, continuing S 52 E 89.31 feet, thence S 42 E 79.39 feet.
