Lot 91, being 30 feet wide and lying Northeasterly and parallel with the following
described line:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of the parcel of land shown on Licensed Sur-
veyors Map recorded in Book 3 at Page 30, and running S 34 E along the Easterly
line of said parcel, 641.18 feet to the Easterly comer of a parcel of land described
by deed in Volume 1469 of Official Records at Page 626, thence S 36°12'40" W along
the Southeasterly line of said parcel, 360.26 feet to the line of a parcel of land
shown on a map in Licensed Surveyors Maps in Book 9 at Page 23, the true point of
beginning, thence from said true point of beginning, S 52°41' E along said line 59.52
feet.
