FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the `betterment of the City of Arroyo Grande, and
for the purpose of making a gift to said City, the undersigned
ROBERT H. HIZEY and CAROLYN J. HIZEY, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants,
herein calted Trustor, whose address is Arroyo Grande, California and
SECURITY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, a California corporation, herein called
Trustee, and RAE L, ANDERSON, a widow, herein called Beneficiary
hereby quitclaim to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, the
following described real property to be used exclusively for public parking
purposes and/or ingress and egress to properties being used exclusively for
public parking purposes.
All that portion of Lots 4 and 5, of the Nevada Tract, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, accord-
ing to the map thereof recorded August 5, 1893 in Book B, Page 6 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County described in
deed to Robert H. Hizey and Carolyn J. Hizey, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, recorded November 30, 1966 in Volume 1418 at Page 72
records of said County�'lying parallel to and 20' southerly of "A" Line
as said "A^ I�ine is delineated on a Record of Survey Map recorded
December 6, 1968 in Book 16 of Licensed Survey Maps at Page 82, records
of said County, said "A" Line is described as follows, beginning at the
intersection of the centerline of Branch Street with the centerline of
Short Street as shown on said Record of Survey; thence along the center-
line of Short Street South 33°09'26" East 137.91 feet to the intersection
of the Northeasterly extension of "A" Line with the said centerline of
Short Street; thence along said Northeasterty extension of "A" �ine
South 5$°5$'S4" West 30.01 feet to the Southwesterly line of Short
Street and the true point of beginning; thence continuing South
58 West 465.48 feet to the �Idrtheasterly line of Bridge Street
as shown on said Record of Survey.
The property hereby conveyed shall be ttsed only far the purposes specifically
hereinabove set forth in accordance with such rules and regulations as may from
time to time be set forth by the said City of Arroyo Grande. In the event said
property, or any portion thereof, should be used for any purpose other than herein
designated, and, such use should continue for a period of thirty days following
written notice� by the Grantors or their successors in interest, to the City of
Arroyo Grande, the interest herein conveyed to the City of Arroyo Grande shall
terminate.
