DEED OF GIFT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the betterment of the
City of Arroyo Grande, and for the purpose of making a gift
to said City, the undersigned
WILMA C. DIXSON, a widow,
hereby quitclaims to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal
corporation, the following described property to be used
exclusively for public parking purposes and/or ingress and
egress to properties being used exclusively for public park-
ing purposes:
All that certain real property in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
more oarticularlv described as follows:
All that portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1
of the Short, Mason and Whiteley Tract in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to the map thereof filed for record
October 1, 1887, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County and all that
portion of Lot 1 of the Nevada Tract in the
City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State o£ California, filed for
record August 5, 1893 in the office of the
County Recorder of said County described in
deed to Gordon F. Dixson and Wilma C. Dixson,
husband and wife, as joint tenants, recorded
March 14, 1950 in Volume 555 at Page 352
records of said County; lying Southerly of
"A" Line as said "A" Line is delineated on
a Record of Survey Map recorded December 6,
1968 in Book 16 of Licensed Survey Maps at
Page 82, records of said County, said "A"
Line is described as follows,

beginning at the intersection of the centerline
o£ Branch Street with the centerline of Short
Street as shown on said Record of Survey; thence
along the centerline of Short Street South
33°09'26" East 137.91 feet to the intersection
o£ the Northeasterly extension of "A" Line with
the said centerline of Short Street; thence along
said Northeasterly extension of "A" Line South
58°18'S4" West 30.01 feet to the Southwesterly
line of Short Street and the true point of beginning;
thence continuing South 58°18'54" West 465.48 feet
to the Northeasterly line of Bridge Street as shown
on said Record of Survey.
The property hereby conveyed shall be used only for
the purposes specifically hereinabove set forth in accordance
with such rules and regulations as may from time to time be
set forth by the said City of Arroyo Grande. In the event
said property, or any portion thereof, should be used for any
purpose other than herein designated, and, such use should
continue for a period of thirty days following written notice,
by the Grantors or their successors in interest, to the City
of Arroyo Grande, the interest herein conveyed to the City of
Arroyo Grande shall terminate.
