thereof recorded August 5, 1893 in Book B, Page 6 of Maps in the office of the
County Recordez of said County described in deed to Jerry Bennett, n married mnn
cs his sole nnii separate pzoperty, recorded May 19, 1964 in Volume 1298 at Page
92 records of said County lying Southerly of "A" Line as said "A" Line is deline-
ated on a Record of Survey llap recorded December 6, 1968 in Book 16 of Licensed
Survey Maps at Page 82, records of said County, said "A" Line is described as
follows, beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Brmich Street w+ith
the centerline of Short Street na shown on said Record of Survey; thence along
