IN CONSIDERATION of the betterment of the City of Arroyo
for the purpose of making a 3ift to said City, the under-
RALPH BENNETT AND MURIEL BENNETT, husband and wife
FOR AND

hereby quitclaim to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation,
the following desctibed real property to be used exclusively for public
pazking purposes and/or ingress and egress to properties being used ex-
cluaively for public parking purposes.
Said propezty is moze pazticulazly described as follows:
See "Exhibit A", attached, consisting of one (1) page.
The property hereby conveyed shall be used only for the purpoaes
apecifically hereinabove set forth in accordnnce �ith such rules and
regulaiiona as may from time to time be se� forth by the said City o£
Arroyo Grande. In the event said property, or any portion thereof,
ehould be uied for any purpoae othez than herein designated, and, such
uae ehould continuC for a period of thirty daye following vrittan

All that portion of Lots 3 and 4, of the Nevada Tract, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, nccording to
the map thereof recorded August 5, 1893 in Book B, Page 6 of llaps in the
office of the County Recorder of said County described in deed to Jerry Bennett,
a married man ae his sole and separate property, recorded May 19, 1964 in
Volume 1298 at Page 92 records of eaid County lying Southerly of "A" Line as
said "A" Line is delineated on a Record of Survey Mnp recorded December 6,
1968 in Book 16 of Licenaed Survey Mnps at Page 82, records of said County,
eaid "A" Line is described as follows, beginning at the intersection of the
centerline of Branch Street with the cantezline of Short Street as ehown on
said Record of Survey; thence along the centerline of Short Street South 33
09'26" Fast 137.91 feet to the interaection of the Northeaeterly extension of
"A" Line with the said centerline of Short Street; thence along said Nozth-
easterly extension of "A" Line South 58 West 30.01 feet to the South-
westerly line of Short Street and the true point of beginning; thence continu-
ing South 58 West 465.48 feet to the Northeasterly line of Bridge
Street as shown on said Record o£ Survey.
