A 10 foot utility easement across that portion of Lot 51 of Steeles Resub-
division of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal per map
filed in Book A of Maps at Page 63 in the office of the County Recorder, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at most easterly corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map AG-71-94 filed
in Book 7 of Parcel Maps at Page 77 in the County Recorder's Office of said
county; thence along the northeasterly line of said Parcel 1 and the north-
westerly extension thereof North 32° 30' West 227.25 feet; thence South 57° 00'
West 70.00 feet to the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly line of
Parcels 2 and 4 of Parcel Map AG-71-190 filed in Book 6 of Parcel Maps at Page 89
in the County Recorder's Office of said county; thence along said northwesterly
extension North 32° 30' West 10.00 feet to the northeasterly extension of the
centerline of Nelson Street; thence along said centerline extension North 57°
