to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453 , recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof,

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSUMMATION OF DEDICATION OF
REAL PROPERTY TO CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE FOR ROAD PURPOSES
The following resolution is hereby offered and read:
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of April, 1972, the Board of Education of the
Lucia Mar Unified School District duly adopted a Resolution of Intention to
Dedicate the hereinafter referred to real property to the City of Arroyo Grande
for road purposes, this is the date set forth in said Resolution for the consum-
mation of said dedication, no protests have been received concerning said dedi-
cation, and it is in the public interest that said dedication be consummated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of Education
of the Lucia Mar Unified School District, of the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as follows:
1. That the dedication by the Lucia Mar Unified School District to
the City of Arroyo Grande for road purposes of that real property located in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and more fully described on the
attached document marked "Exhibit A ", which is hereby incorporated herein by
reference as though here fully set forth, be and hereby is approved.
2. That the President of said Board of Education be and hereby is
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Lucia Mar Unified School
District that Dedication of real property for road purposes to the City of
Arroyo Grande, a copy of which is attached hereto marked "Exhibit B" and incor-
porated herein by reference as though here fully set forth.
3. That the Secretary of said Board of Education be and hereby is

authorized and directed to deliver said Dedication to the City of Arroyo Grande.

4. This Resolution is adopted by a vote of at least two- thirds of
all of the members of said Board of Education.
On motion of Board member Cocks , seconded by Board
member Hayashi , and on the following roll call vote, to -wit:
AYES: Cocks, Hayashi, Matousek, O'Connor, Rapp
NOES: None
ABSENT: Garrison, McDonald
the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted.

DEDICATION FOR ROAD PURPOSES
This Dedication for Road Purposes, entered into this 23rd day of
May, 1972, by and between the Lucia Mar Unified School District, one of the
school districts located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
party of the first part, and City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation
located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, party of the
second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the Lucia Mar Unified School District hereby dedicates to the
City of Arroyo Grande for road purposes, that real property located in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and more specifically described
on the attached document marked "Exhibit A" which is hereby incorporated herein
by reference as though here fully set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lucia Mar Unified School District has by its
duly authorized officers executed this Dedication for Road Purposes on the day
and year first hereinabove set forth.
