Pacific Enterprises, a general partnership, hereby
grants to the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, an easement, for the purposes
of installation and maintenance of a sewer line, a tract of
land 10.00 feet wide and 150.00 feet long located in Lots
37, 39, 41, 43, 45 and 47 of Block 28, Beckett's Crown Hill
Addition to the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said
Lot 47: (1� thence, southwesterly along the north-
westerly lot lines of said Lots 47, 45, 43, 41, 39
and 37, 150.00 feet; (2� thence, southeasterly along
the southwesterly lot line of said Lot 37, 10.00 feet;
�3� thence, northeasterly parallel to and on the south-
easterly side of course (1� of this description and
10.00 feet away from it, 150.00 feet to a point on the
northeasterly side of said Lot 47; (4� thence, north-
westerlyalong the northeasterly side of said Lot 4'7,
10.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
