An easement for Public Utility and street tree purposes with the right from time to
time to construct, place, inspect, maintain, replace and remove facilities, together
with a right of way along said facilities and the right of ingress thereto and egress
therefrom over and across the hereinafter described portions of those certain lands
described as follows:
The parcel of land situate in Lot 9 oP the Resubdivision of Ranchos Corral de
Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal conveyed by William Henrick and wife to Willard
E. Simpson and wife by the deed dated October 17, 1972 and recorded in the office
of the Recorder of said County of San Luis Obispo in Volume 1695 of Official Records
at page 468.
A strip of land of the uniform width of 6 feet extending from the southeasterly
boundary line of said lands northwesterly to the southeasterly boundary line of said
lands and lying 3 feet on each side of the line which begins at a point in the south-
easterly boundary line of said lands from which the most easterly comer of said lands
bears north 36 east 106.9 feet distant; and runs thence north 53 west 14.57
feet; thence northerly on a curve to the right with a radius of 47 feet, through a
central angle of 39 and tangent at the southeasterly terminus thereof to the
preceding course, an arc distance of 32.35 feet; thence northwesterly on a tangent
curve to the left with a radius of 50 feet through a central an le of 267 and
an arc distance of 225.60 feet; thence sou�heasterly on a tangen� curve to the right
with a radius of 17 feet through a central angle of 48 and an arc distance of
14.� �eet, more or less, to a point'.in the sou theasterly boun line of said lands
