THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the 24th day of October ,
1972, by Darvl L. Flood and Bernice A. Flood, husband and wife
and Carrol R. Pruett and Joan L, Pruett husband and wife
of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, hereinafter
termed Offeror:
WHERE,4S, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate,
irrevocably, to the public, an easement, for public road purposes,
which offer may be accepted at any time by any governmental
entity which has the power to establish, construct and maintain
roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following interest
described below:
Portion Block 27 of Beckett's Crown Hill Addition of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as
shown on map filed in Book "A" of Maps at Page 57 and on
file in the office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder,
County of San Luis Obispo, said parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in per-
petuity offer to such governmental entity a dedication of a
public right-of-way for road purposes and incidental uses upon
the following described property:

A 5 foot strip of land along the South right of way of Harrison
Street in Block 2'J of Beckett's Crown Hill Add to town Arroyo
Grande, City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as shown on map filed in Book "A" of Maps at
Page 57 and on file in the office of the San Luis Obispo County
Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, said parcel of land being
more particularly described as follows:

and North right of way lines of Corbett Canyon Road (also State
Highway #227� and Crown Street, respectively, said parcel of
land being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot and Block, a point
also on the right of way lines of Crown Street and Corbett Canyon
Road; thence North 41� 56' West, 12,56 feet to a tangent point;
thence on a 10 foot radius curve to the right through a central
angle of 102° 56' and an arc distance of 17.97 feet to a tangent
point; thence along the North right of way line of Crown Street
to the point of beginning.
3. That until such time as the above offer of dedication
is accepted by such a government entity, all owners of property
contiguous to the above described road parcel shall have the
right to the use of said road parcel as a private road.
4. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication
shall be irrevocable and that such a government entity may, at
any time in the future, accept said offer of dedication of the
public right-of-way.
5. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and per-
